Additionally, the Development Director identifies and cultivates new funding sources. This role serves as a high-profile representative of Micah's Promise who works in collaboration with Micah's Promise staff to build lasting relationships with significant funding sources, including individual, group, foundations, corporations and churches. This position is responsible for high quality Maximum Watchful Oversight (MWO) program design, implementation, and results to meet organizational goals and individual participant goals, so that participants may benefit from all services provided including therapy, medical care, education, and life skills training.
