Landy Cartledge

Landy received a BA in Studio Art & Art History from University of Georgia. After spending time working in the gallery world of New York City and receiving her Curatorial Certificate from Sotheby’s Institute of Art, Landy returned South where she received her Masters in Nonprofit Management from Georgia State University. She has a deep love for her home of Columbus and the community. Naturally, she fell into a role with Micah’s Promise serving as an intern for two years where she gained experience and knowledge in working in an organization focused in domestic minor sex trafficking. From the experience she gained, she then went on to become the Development Director for 4 years. Her fresh perspective, passion for helping others, and interest in seeing Columbus rise to its full potential lead her to this position. She and her sister are now the proud owners of a local, purpose driven art gallery, Highland Galerie.

In gaining a better understanding of the subject matter, it was evident to her that this organization is and will continue to be needed in Columbus and the surrounding counties. Landy believes that Micah’s Promise will allow Columbus to become a safe haven for those in need.

Landy serves on the Board of Trustees for the Bradley-Tuner Foundation, the Board of Directors for the Historic Wynn House, and serves on the development committee for the Columbus Museum of Art.
